Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains when and how you may cancel orders placed on https://jpharma.online with J Pharma Medicals (JPHARMA Medicals).

1. Before dispatch

You may request cancellation before the order is dispatched by contacting us immediately with your order ID:

If the order has not been picked or packed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund for prepaid online orders within 7–10 business days via Razorpay. COD orders cancelled before dispatch incur no charge.

2. After dispatch / out for delivery

Once the order is dispatched or marked "out for delivery," cancellation may not be possible. Refusal at delivery for COD orders may affect future orders. For prepaid orders, please contact us; refunds are at our discretion and subject to our Refund Policy.

3. Cancellation by J Pharma Medicals

We may cancel your order if:

• Product is out of stock or discontinued
• Prescription is missing, invalid, or does not match ordered medicines
• Delivery address is outside our service area (Hyderabad and Secunderabad)
• Payment fails, is disputed, or appears fraudulent
• Order violates applicable drug or wholesale regulations

For prepaid cancelled orders, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method.

4. How to cancel

1. Use Track Order to note your order ID and status.
2. Call or email us with order ID, business name, and reason for cancellation.
3. We will confirm cancellation by email or phone.

5. Cancellation charges

No cancellation fee applies if you cancel before dispatch. If special procurement or cold-chain handling was already initiated for your order, we may charge actual costs incurred; you will be informed before confirmation.
